Focus on Solar Energy Storage System

Our wall-mounted LiFePO4 battery was specially developed for home solar energy storage system. The battery used the lightest cell and can be mounted on the wall with a battery holder.

48V 150AH LiFePO4 Battery supply the enough power to the home applications , and our battery meet the standard of most inverter and MPPT controller. If you are not sure, you can tell us the information of the inverter and controller you are using and we will custom the right battery to you.

 

BMS（Battery Management System）

It is an electronic system allowing the control and the charge of the different elements of a storage battery. The BMS built into each battery ensures that the battery is protected from improper handling. It switches the battery in case of under voltage or overload, and turns on automatically as soon as the problem is fixed.* Protection of the cell against under voltage by cutting the
load over time.
* Protection of the cell against over voltages by reducing the charging current or by stopping the charging process.
* System shutdown in case of overheating.
* Battery charging is stopped at low temperature.

 

SUPPORT ALL IN ONE SMART COMMUNICATION FUNCTION

Our BMS is a complete set of communication functions, supporting RS485, RS232 and CAN-BUS communication protocols. We can also customize the communication content according to the confirmation which customers provide. Customers can through the host computer software to monitor the batteries, and check the working status of each cells and set specific parameters on the computer.

WHAT BATTERY CELL WE USE

As a 12 year-old store engaged in the battery business, we are responsible for our customers and our brand.

Using only A grade cells, the cycle life can up to 6500-8000 times: 10AH/ 25AH/ 30AH/ 50AH/ 100AH/ 200AH...
1> Our batteries are the primary source of supply from the original cells manufacturer, battery cells are paired and distributed before outgoing, and can be assembled directly.
2> Through a number of certification and testing, quality assurance.
3> There are two types of pouch cells and prismatic cells. The pouch cells: lighter, cheaper, and easy to customized in special sizes. The prismatic cells: not easily deformed , stable performance, mature market, more popular at present.

F1: Vad ingår för ett batteri eller ett paket, kan jag köpa laddare av dig?

A1: Battery case, BMS, battery pack, can buy customized connector, charger

F2: Hur lång frekvens laddar batteriet?
S2: Vanligtvis per 2 månader för att ladda batteripaketet, för att ladda fullt beror batteriet på vilken laddarström du använder. 20A laddare kan ladda fullt för 12V 100Ah batteri på 5 timmar, snabbladdare 50A på 2 timmar.

F3: Vad är provets ledtid och leverans av bulkorder. Hur länge kan jag få det?
A3: Fast delivery: If small quantity, can be finished in 3-5 days days after payment, bulk in 10-25 days depends on the quantity
Frakt: provbeställning eller små batteripaket, vi kan skicka med express via Fedex, UPS, TNT etc. Om hela paket över 50 kg kan skickas med flyg eller till sjöss är sjöfarten billigare. Kunden kan berätta för ditt närmaste flygplatsnamn och hamnnamn för säljare för att kontrollera det bästa alternativet för dig.

Q4. Vad är din garanti?
A4: We offer 10 years warranty for all our battery pack for different situation. We ensure at least 3500 cycle life for the
LiFePO4 battery pack, which means you can use it for at least 10 years for normal 1 time charge and discharge everyday.

F5: Kan jag anpassa storleken på batteriet?
A5: Of course yes if your quantity MOQ workable.

F6. Kan vi lägga olika LiFePO4-batterier parallellt eller i serier själva?
A6: Ja. Batteriet kan sättas parallellt eller seriemässigt av kunder. Men det finns några tips vi behöver uppmärksamma;
1> Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put in parallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate.
2> Lägg inte urladdat batteri och outladdat batteri parallellt. Detta kan minska hela batteripaketets kapacitet.
3> Rådgivning om hela förpackningens målkapacitet om du vill sätta dem i serie. Vi väljer lämplig BMS för varje batteri.
4> Om du inte är professionell i parallell- och seriebatterier, hantera inte batteriet själv. Det kan orsaka fara och skada batteriets livslängd.

F7. Kan vi använda den för bilmotorer?
A7: Ja, vårt batteripaket inkluderar BMS, du kan använda det endast för låghastighetsbilar eller aux. ström för standardbil. Använd den inte direkt för standardbilar, som kommer att behöva mer komplex design BMS för paketet.
